PJ Group, as indicated by the name Port Japan, will deliver spectacular culinary culture
and authentic cuisines from all over the world.
PJ Group is not just another franchiser or the headquarter of various chain stores.
We make a clear distinction from the store operations that merely pursue sales increase; we believe that our important mission is to introduce the splendid culinary culture, restaurants, and famous chefs from overseas to the Japanese guests.
Toward that end, PJ Group will commit to the following three points:
• We will introduce the culinary culture from overseas to Japan.
• We will disseminate the unique Japanese culinary culture globally.
• The foreign culinary culture that has rooted in the Japanese soil will be re-exported to the overseas market.
We will continue to be particular about delivering authenticity, cultivating new restaurant and chefs, and will consider deployment in various locations. More than anything, we will continue our endeavor for the sake of our guests who have keen interest in food. We will live up to the guests’ expectations.
